Artist, teacher, writer and curator Henry Ward holds his PhD, Middlesex University, 2013, a PGCE Secondary, Art, Goldsmiths College, 1999, as well as a BA Honours, Fine Art, Winchester School of Art, 1993, and a Foundation Diploma, Central St Martin’s College of Art and Design, 1990.
Ward has served as an advisor for the Martin Gropius Bau, Berlin, and is the Director of the Freelands Foundation. In early 2023 he was artist in residence at The Albers Foundation in Connecticut, USA.
